"I waited a good six minutes before anyone came to the front and there was two other customers already eating, I ordered two soft shell taco's and both were more lettuce than anything else very little meat. The place that I sat down to eat the bench was torn as if it was ready for the trash. I ended up going to Subway where the food was better and much better staff."
"$22 order, several “supreme” items not made supreme, and my quesadilla was made with a sauce that is not the usual jalapeño cheddar or whatever the quesadilla sauce is. It’s something different. Go all the way there, wait in the drive thru, get home, then realize all this. Always. Can I get my $22 back? What a joke."
"Be a great place to start a taco bell . Everything is there but the service. Takes about thirty minutes to go threw the drive threw., with 6 people ahead of you. Always has out of something. Mt. Dew, lettuce, sometimes tortilla's."
"Better quality on 9th and Broadway...that was my review 5 yrs ago but they had just opened then, now fell into the quincy comfort level of quality 5.99 for the new grilled cheese nacho fries is fine but save your money. Well don't go at night cause they just trying to get out of there the guy taking my order on drive thru kept cutting me off to complete my order for me I kept apologizing for his interruptions get to the window to be given my drinks and told have a nice day , didn't mind waiting it was the stares of why is she still here that was awkward lol then the 10 fries drowned in Baja sauce flattened at the bottom of the bag was the icing on top. It's fast food I don't expect a grand show but do expect slightly decent service to make up for underwhelming food or vice-versa. The photo will show where I lifted one frie and was at the bottom of the tray might not have been so bad if it wasn't smashed still a smaller portion but I need to diet anyways stop going for the fast food lol"
