"Two orders in a row of shorted 4 or more sandwiches. Three out of the last 5 short on orders doordash orders. I don't have a vehicle. They refuse to refund what I was shorted. they were rude and ignorant on the phone. Never again."
"I ordered two forty pieces nuggets and two medium fries. They brought me out a Cheese burger because they gave my order to another person. They then would not believe we were the ones who paid even with the app on my phone. Ended up paying for a whole other order. Be careful when you order online. If someone comes the counter and says they are you, they will get your food."
"I went for lunch, around 1 or so. I ordered the McRib. It was horrible! It tasted old, and it had a lot of gristle bites, and it and the fries were cold. But the cashier was great. The food is usually pretty good. But I guess that day they had a bad cook."
"Welp, as I sat in the curbside pickup for 30 minutes!!!!!! went inside finally bc they charged my card and said my food was delivered and it was not. waited 15 minutes inside, they did not have my order, also were id say 4 to 7 people waiting to be helped or still waiting for food. Noone seemed to care about any of us waiting. this was at 230pm before rush hour dinner traffic. Not happy."
"Well it would be great to get the order correctly which it was not. And when you recieve your triple cheeseburger(or whatever sandwich) and you open the wrapper to find a clumped, crammed and pretty much nasty triple cheeseburger. So this was my triple cheeseburger and the one that was with the toppings (and my mom's was supposed to be plain and it was not.) Been really super frustrating. And yeah people say, "it's fast food what did you expect?" I expect courtesy, I expect the correct order, I expect to have the food done properly and I expect that for the cost of fast food as a consumer please do all of this to keep customers happy and returning.
