"I had received a wrong order so I called to inform. Whoever I had spoke to on the phone gave me an option to have the corrections sent right out or credited my account for next time. I chose credit for next time, but when I made my next order and called in to ask about the credit they talked to me like I was trying to rip them off and did not receive my correction order. very unhappy! Especially since I ordered the pepperoni stuffed cheese bread and received spinach. Yuck."
"Me and my boyfriend wanted I good dominos pizza after work keep in mind it is a Saturday night at 10:30 pm so we get to the restaurant and my boyfriend tries to go in but the door is locked so I look on Google for their hours and it said the store was open until 1 am so why was the door locked? So being confused I called wondering why the door was locked if it said they were open and it went straight to voice mail and one of the workers looked right at us."
"I want to thank this location for doing an excellent job with our order. I had screwed up and ordered online for the wrong day. It was for a birthday party (a pretty huge order). I needed it quickly. They were very understanding and on top of it. They easily switched my order and still delivered it to our party. Thank you again for saving the day from my mistake!!!"
