"Wasn’t able to try it sadly bc there were 8 people waiting for their drinks and the speed at which the only person making drinks was moving was…. not matching how many people were waiting. If you’re not able to keep up something I have had to do is pre-pull some shots and hold them in a thermos of some sort. Then FIFO obviously. There’s no real difference between one pulled just now and one pulled 20 mins ago. That and physically just moving faster would be my suggestions bc I’m sure people low on time know to avoid the spot and that sucks for the business."
