"Rude as hell people. They just stand around, being completely helpless. Everyone there is more judgemental than the last, you can see it in all of their faces. If you need to order something you absolutely HAVE to know what you need to the last specific because these people are completely clueless and have no idea how to work on a car. Some young guy was actually doing his job, being the only person who was helpful trying to help me find a part as everyone stood and watched. Then the shipment was wrong because nobody there actually knew about cars"
