Don’t worry though, you’ll probably get the same copied reply on here from management telling you to call the office, where no one answers. This place is a joke."

"Avoid! The apartment that we were staying in was so old, the ceiling paint was almost falling off. Old fridge making loud noises at night. Roaches were all over the place. We needed help with something so we went to the receptionist and she was so rude, actually she was talking to us while in another room, so she didn’t even come out to see who she’s talking to. The laundromat was dirty most of the time and half of them were not working. Am glad I have left that place. Definitely don’t recommend that place!"

"The apartments themselves are great, haven't had any issue with maintenance or the neighborhood. However, the laundromat are always dirty and don't get cleaned regularly. About half of the machines actually work."

"Lived here for several years and on the whole enjoyed it. Pros - excellent location for a really good price (you're like 9 mins from the downtown). The price is hard to beat in this area. - some of the 2nd and 3rd floor 1BR apartments have an epic view of the city skyline - quiet (esp if you're on the top floor and away from Menchaca Rd) - you're generally far away from any homeless encampments, although they may wander near (better than them being like right next door like some apartments in Austin) - the private balconies are awesome. All these newer apartment complexes have balconies where you can see right thru the bars, which is annoying. Some of these balconies are really private. Cons - Management has changed hands like 5+ times in my time living here and is never great. But for what it's worth, the current management is better than average and generally responsive to concerns. It's like dealing with the cops, most apartment managers like to put on a tough guy act, which is kinda annoying and it'd be nice if they didn't do this, but you just have to be respectful and deal with it. - upstairs noise is sometimes an issue depending on which apartment you rent and if they have hardwood floors above you (some units do, some don't. You should probably ask if you're sensitive to noise. Or get a top floor apartment. Shared wall noise is minimal). Misc: - have seen reviews about car break-ins. Didn't have nor see any in my years of living here, although this may vary depending on where you park and what you're leaving visible."

"Such a strange experience I had here. Came in on Saturday for a tour and there was a kid basically asleep on the chair with her legs up, watching tv, and a dog roaming the lobby. Finally someone came out of the bathroom. She seemed clueless that I had a tour. Didn’t ask me any questions about my move in date, what I was looking for, didn’t tell me anything about the property. Couldn’t even tell you how much rent was. The unit that had laundry in it, I wouldn’t even consider laundry. You’re better off just going across the street to any other apartment."
