"My brother lives there and has had a broken AC since June 1. They've had someone come check it out but it still floods the ceiling every time it runs. He's living with no AC in the dead of Texas hear. Since moving in, they've had to store their food in plastic containers away from the kitchen because of rats. He even lost a plant due to rats eating it. Not a good, Safe or sanitary place to live."

"Living here for almost 3 years, I've tried everything to deal with this place to no end. The apartments are located next to a faulty drain gutter track, so it's a breeding ground for mosquitos and roaches. This, along with very old buildings, means roaches will be everywhere. I've had to cok every single hole, but they still get in. Just behind the complex is a railroad track that regularly has trains passing by. I can hear it from the front of the complex, so i can't even imagine what it would be like to live in the back of the complex. I've had to get used to doing dishes and taking showers with cold water because it never works. They've also hired a predatory tow company that comes around EVERY night, so if you ever accidentally park in a reserved parking spots that are faded and very difficult to see, you will be towed for over $200. This place is falling apart, and you'd be better off somewhere else."

"Have been here for just over 6 months. Avoid this place at all costs! The apartments seem to be all moldy and just painted over. Had an inspector come to apt, once, and stated apt below had leaks and wet walls by kitchen. So, he wanted to check mine. He never came back. Apt has smelled like mold, since day one. Parking is getting worse. For some reason, people here are lazy and leave trash all over the place and can't even walk to trash bins to throw garbage INSIDE! They leave it by the foot of the trash bins! It's disgusting! People walk their dogs and leave their pets' feces behind. The trees are old and recently with the cold weather, a tree fell on top of a parked car and a pole broke. Luckily, no one was physically hurt. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Waiting for my lease to be over. So, I can move out. Oh, and I have to throw out my trash almost within the hour, or flies start gathering. This place is disgusting to live in!!"

"Kat was absolutely amazing to work with. She is a true customer service extraordinaire. My little brother was trying to make his first move away from home and I was playing "mama bear" as his big sister. I called many times and Kat, Lisa & Rudy NEVER seemed annoyed or put out. I really appreciate this because if I had been any less involved I would have felt that I wasn't being the big sister I needed to be. Thank you all for being so understanding and so very welcoming during this whole experience for him and his roommate. We look forward to seeing the new renovations play out!"
