On The Green

"Before we can talk about anything. On the green staff currently ignores an email that was sent with more than 20 people CCed (I am one of them). No acknowledgment or replies. I put an image of the email we send. I did not include emails/names for privacy reasons."

"Unfortunately this community security has degraded a lot, it is becoming the center of homeless folks running all around and breaking in to apartments.There were three break-ins happened in last one month in the community and had informed to community management several times to take necessary action on this but so far there is nothing has been done. Very disappointed by the unprofessional handling of such serious security concerns!"

"Nice apartments..found some Good people both in the community and in the office.. If you have an issue with any appliances in your apartment, or something brokedown, you place repair order online and it will be done as soon as possible.Pool and Gym are on, the Gym only opens on office hour though.. Wahsher dryers are onsite...Pls do not keep your shoes outside of the door, it is not allowed. you will be fined if you do so... And pls pay your rent on time within 3rd day of the month..."

"Very mediocre at best experience here. Outdated apartments that still haven't had water damage from the big freeze fixed. The front gate is constantly broken. You can't access your mailbox outside of office hours because that's broken too so they put a bike lock on it. They also don't tell you when the boxes are broken into and people steal your mail. Parking will be difficult if you get home late. Management is not very friendly nor helpful. Pool has been down for months. They don't clean/paint between tenants. The handymen are super nice and they have a few big trees, that's all this place has going for them. You can do better for this price. Here's some pictures of their move-in ready apartments. Edit to add: Make sure you take pictures when you move in. After moving out, they tried charging me $100 to fix something that was broken before I ever moved in. Something they promised would be fixed within a few weeks of me moving in. I'm excited to see if they send this to collections because I'd be happy to take their money in small claims court."
