Verde Apartments

"THE ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX. I lived here for almost 3 years. They have lost my first lease so I had to continue living there. So unprofessional, they were absolutely no help. Office doesn’t answer phone, maintenance is always short staffed. They changed my keys one day with out my knowledge and I was not home so I had to get a lock smith & they refuse to give discounts for any inconvenience which there was MANY. Would give it negative stars if I could. Maintenance never came to repair an emergency leak so I had mold growing. My sink in the kitchen was never fixed until the day moved out so I had to work around it. Someone broke into my house and it took them weeks until it was “repaired”. They charged me for that when I moved out & I continued to talk to someone higher up and instead they ignored me & sent me to collections. I paid ofc but I was never late with a payment but definitely do your research. Also they kept adding charges with out my knowledge. Do your research when you think about moving in here. I had friends that also had apartments live super close and they wouldn’t have these issues."

"i’ve been living here for about six months and honestly, they’re very good at tending to your request. they usually will have all your work order done within the same day or even the next! since they’ve switched managements, things have been better. Carlos Garcia was of great help getting my lights over my stove fixed in less than 30 minutes!"

"Management has been very helpful, never had any issues with getting information and they respond quickly and efficiently when needed, anything I need done for my apartment is usually done within the same day or next day, and taken care of quickly. This has by far been a very comfortable Experience to live here."

"I just moved here, and I'm loving my apartment so far. Carlos and Petey are absolute rockstars and helped me tremendously in my first week. Amaris has also been extremely kind and welcoming, and stayed in communication with me during the application process. The complex is quiet, there are plenty of families here with kids and dogs, but I haven't noticed any major disturbances in terms of noise. Everyone is really respectful of one another. I'm excited to see how it looks in the spring and summer, as there are plenty of trees and a little creek that runs around the property."

Been here for a little under a year and had a jam with my disposal and they were quick to help within a few hours of the request sending Carlos Garcia who was very professional and polite and helpful in explaining how to resolve the issue if no one’s available. I also noticed new management that seem to be getting the property operating at 100% to help its tenants."
