"It wasn't too bad, my beef sandwich was a little plain and too salty for me. I thought it would have some vegetables in it but no, only meat."
"Great service with a smile. Don't hesitate to joke around with these guys and girls! They were really nice and fun. I had a Ceasar salad and water with a Chocolate cake shake. I'm trying to be healthy, but here I can't resist the shake! Wendy had the italian beef and cheese fries. For all our food it was $33. Worth the money for the music, atmosphere, and over all great experience in the heart of the midwest."
"Party of six. Ordered big beef dry, gravy on the side, with giardiniera. Received a soggy big beef with sweet peppers. Another tepid burger (have never had a warm burger from Portillo's), too bad because it seems to be good quality. Two order of fries ordered well done (extra crispy), Received their standard limp ones. Portillo's quality and overall experience has dropped since the acquisition by Buffet's group. If you enjoy mediocre, go elsewhere and save a buck. Decent tea though."
"I've had better from portillo's. Food was just ok but the biggest problem was the food sat ready to be served and team members didn't call the numbers. After a short wait and food sitting the finally called out the numbers."
"We have a Portillos in CA, but moved 13 years ago and haven't had their Big Beef in over 5 years. Was pleasantly surprised to find one on our way to Wisconsin. Went mid-day so it wasn't too busy. Drive-thru seemed steady the whole time we were there, but we had time so we ate inside. I got Big Beef with peppers and Mozzarella cheese and fries with cheese sauce. It was amazing as it always. Staff friendly and place was clean and condiment station stocked and clean. EDIT: SO good we had to stop in again on our way back to Kentucky. This time got the hot pepper mix on my Big Beef Sandwich. So good!!!!!"
