"*Leasing Staff & Management Review* Rene, Lakeya, and Nick were tremendously helpful as we were faced with extremely difficult living situations. We really appreciate the management’s urgency and helping our needs be met. Unfortunately, the assistant manger Mikala wrote the wrong move-out date on our statement (only because we didn’t hand HER the keys even tho she was on vacation…?) and she incorrectly stated that we moved out ONE MONTH after we actually moved out. This caused us to pay for 2 months worth of rent even though we didn’t occupy the unit. We moved out in June and it took her three months to fix the statement. We had to constantly call and email her to fix it. *Apartment Review* Pros: Spacious and affordable-ish floor plans, convenient location, quiet area. Cons: -Stay away from building 6. Whole building is infested with roaches and HVACs are homes to raccoons. Neither of these rodent issues were fixed (after 7 rounds of pest control) and we had to transfer to building 5. Two months later, a water leak flooded all three floors and we were released from our lease. -Ppl drive really fast in the parking lot (no speed bumps) and always almost hit me and my dogs. -Dog park isn’t that glamorous and has lots of poop everywhere. -Our bike was stolen from our patio the week we moved in."

"Rent gets paid early every month,… but yet the AC unit hasn’t been fixed since August and electric bill is $250 because of it. (Maintenance told me the unit needs to be replaced but they refuse to replace it because that will cost them money),… Water gets shut off for no reason, and without notice or anything, and amenities haven’t worked all summer but yet no discount for the “inconveniences”!? I’m really disappointed."

"Do not live here. They have serious plumbing issues and shut off your water with little to no notice almost every month. Pictures attached showed month where their pipes burst into all three floors of my building and caused damage to everyone's property. They took over a month to fix the holes in the walls."

"I absolutely would NOT recommend living at Creekstone. I can’t even get a simple response to an email from a month ago… And every time I go in to speak to someone in person it’s the same thing. “I’ll remind my manager so they can respond right away”. It’s actually really disrespectful at this point. The old management team weren’t all fake. If you’re not good at fixing things then spend your money elsewhere. I’ve been sleeping in a hot room this summer because “there’s nothing they can do to fix the lack of a.c air that comes into my room.” So I’ve been paying for it in my bill and physically. I’ve had three pictures of my shower taken by maintenance. Yet after every picture, no one is able to come out. I understand they can get busy. But if you end up in a unit that needs a lot of repairs like I did, (502) it’ll be stupid frustrating. I was promised a renovated unit but after I signed my lease that didn’t happen. I once got my shower nob stuck and ended up having to break the whole thing with an actual hammer! Because after calling the night maintenance number. No one showed up, even to the next day. My water was flowing full blast and I couldn’t even get a follow up after being stood up at 3am. $293 Utility bill for two people. I lived with three people bf and never had a bill over 100 in the summer. Then they finally decide to bring an actual HVAC expert to look at my a.c and it looks like there’s a solution…so it could’ve been resolved two maybe more months ago. Take note of the residents leaving, it’s not a rent increase problem. RPM living just sucks at management of properties."
