High Point Preserve

"This is my second lease term here after taking over the first lease from a prior tenant. My experience in this new lease term has been nothing more than experiencing disappointment from management. A true nightmare. It saddens me because this used to be a five star complex for me when Natalie was here and one of the contributing reasons why I decided to renew (hints all the lovely reviews from other tenants). Little did I know how fast new management could change that entire experience around. There are a few great front staff members here that still hold the values, integrity, and fun attitude that High Point used to carry, but it feels like those values aren’t the same for everyone. Please make sure you get your agreements in writing MULTIPLE times, even if it’s verbally stated and restated by management. It seems to me this can easily be disregarded when it comes to honoring their word. I feel cheated out of a whole lot of money, bullied, and taken advantage of. I’ve lived in a variety of apartments in/around Austin. Renewing here has been one of my greatest regrets."

"I have to admit that although my experience and expectations were different when I first moved in...it's because of the many different other people who would follow. While being a resident at High point preserve, I understand after reading some of the reviews, it's clear that many of the residents don't understand that it requires a need, desire, and combined effort to have the quality of life that you so much deserve. This includes management's consistency in concern for all of their tenants, which they seem to do a great job trying to make everyone happy, but that's impossible to do. This community is still newly built, and very beautiful to observe, until tenants begin throwing trash anywhere they choose, disregarding their fellow neighbors with excessively loud noises in their units, while some noise in a multifamily housing community can be expected, some is unnecessary and disturbing. Pets are adorable creatures to own, but owners should not allow their pets to defecate all over the whole community and disregard picking up after them. Your pet is like your child and deserves better than that. It's unsanitary, nasty and poses a health risk for an entire community, including your pets. Try to maintain the good quality of life at Highpoint preserve. The cost to live here is great for ANY family! I'm giving five stars because I'm pleased with how hard and diligent management and staff works to try and meet the needs of everyone, as impossible as that is to do. I appreciate their kindness, patience, and willingness to make the living experience at Highpoint preserve a pleasant one. While their demeanors are always professional and humble, they ARE but human. As a resident I look to have and be a good neighbor. Please do your part to respect and maintain the community so that everyone may enjoy living and visiting here. Have a good day."

"I love living here! All the staff is great and the maintenance team is fantastic as well. I live in a 1 bedroom and been living here for 1 year and still going! Every unit comes with its own security system, fire safety devices, dryer and washer, garbage disposal, and tons more! I have to thank the manager Natalie for all the hard work and commitment she puts in along with the rest of the staff. Thank you!"

The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities to make life comfortable.
