The Reserve at Walnut Creek

"My experience at The Reserve has been nothing short of exceptional, so far I have lived here for 3 weeks. Although the 3 PM move-in time for new residents was a slight inconvenience, requiring me to schedule movers for the following day, everything fell into place once I settled in. The maintenance team has truly impressed me with their prompt and efficient service. Every time I submitted a work order, they addressed the issues either the same day or the next. They are communicative and explain the issues to me and follow up as well. The front office's responsiveness, while satisfactory, didn't always meet my expectations. During the initial leasing process, which to be fair was right before the Christmas and New Year holidays, reaching the assistant manager I initially met to get the ball rolling was challenging. However, Carly from the office consistently saved the day, and took over my leasing process, with her exceptional service and is always the person to follow up with me. She's an absolute professional, always kind and handling her job with the utmost integrity, leaving me thoroughly impressed with her level of communication. Her dedication and commitment to providing outstanding service make her truly deserving of a promotion or a raise. Lastly, I think what sets The Reserve apart is the genuine sense of community. Seeing families strolling in the mornings, children at play, and residents walking their pets creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. I'm eagerly anticipating the next community event, as it's refreshing to feel excited about such gatherings in an apartment complex. The Reserve has truly exceeded my expectations, and I'm delighted to call it my home."

"We just signed our second 15 month lease hear. I really like the location because we are not super close enough to the city noise but still a short drive to downtown. I appreciate the quiet a lot! The managment here is amazing and maintenance is superb! We enjoy that there are frequent social events coordinated by staff that help us meet our neighbors. It's very hard to find complexes that actually care about their residents. They are super accomodating and aside from their being limited parking this feels very much like a luxury complex. I love that there are spaces to work from and the 24 hour gym access was what sold us! We also have a package room which is convient because it keeps our package secure. Anyway, there are a lot of pros to living her and I have enjoyed my time here. I hope to stay here as long as we can! Thanks, y'all!!"

"New: I am super happy and pleased with the management here. They were responsive to my review and made sure the issues reported were fixed promptly. Carly from the front desk is the BEST. Old review: I love the management here. They’re responsive and sweet! However, I am a little disappointed with my unit. The appliances weren’t working when I moved in and the valet trash I was provided with was broken and left extremely dirty from the previous resident. The kitchen and w/d appliances are also really old."

"Overall good apartment complex. The leasing office team is amazing: patient, communicative and responsive, and does proactively work on improving the complex. I subtract a star because there was a week without internet connection that caused work problems for me -- but it was handled ok. So far, I am very lucky with my immediate neighbors, who are reasonably quiet throughout the day and the night. The apartment itself is in good condition and comfortable. The rent seems reasonable (at time of writing). Parking can be inconvenient at times but is always available."

"I have only been at the Reserve for a few months, so far, but we have absolutely loved it. The amenities (Fiber internet, 24/HR gym, dog park, beautiful property) are all really good but what really sold me on these apartments are how responsive the office staff is. From the Assistant Property Manager to the Community Manager to the Front Desk associate, every single person working in that office is fantastic. The maintenance team is always extremely quick to come through and fix whatever problems that they need to with efficiency and kindness. I really enjoy my time here and I hope it continues to move as smoothly as it has been so far. PS. I told you I was writing y'all a review, Kaylee."
