"Staff is hateful and unhelpful . Left this on my car as if I’m just gon leave my car with a flat tire. But it wasn’t even flat it just had low air from the temperature change. Also a lot of aggressive dogs here and my dog and myself been rushed at a few times by large dogs. Sink fell out of countertop. I told them to remove the valet trash and they didn’t. The fees that they tag onto the rent add up to about 300$ more than the advertised rent price."

"I’m so happy with this community, it is very quite calm and clean I see maintenance cleaning the property everyday, we have the trash truck come every day in the mornings even though we have the trash guys come at night. The front staff is amazing and on top of things, any issues or concerns you have they attend to them immediately. Very professional and kind. I’m very impressed with maintenance as well, when we put a ticket in with an issue they arrive that same day or the next. I also love that the gate is always closed and when is it not working I see it fixed by the next day. This community does at great job at communicating with us about what is happening with updates or things that are going to be done. Some of my issues from other communities where always trash and maintenance or the gate always being open and not fixed , being here It has been just a pleasant experience, we have been here about six months now. Absolutely no complaints. It’s been great."

"I’ve been living here for nearly 3 years and have shifted houses within this community as well. My first house was a 1 bed apartment which was the best home I’ve ever had in my time in the US. That house was very aesthetically pleasing as well. I eventually moved into a 2 bed 2 bath apartment but unfortunately the house has had a few issues. The leasing office was really good when I moved in while the new people who took over the leasing office are still good I’ve not had the best experience moving into my 2B2B house so far with several issues since then.."

"Awesome place to live. Safe, quiet neighborhood with a great location. Staff has been wonderful to work with and maintenance is incredible. The apartments are a little older, but generously sized, reasonably priced, and well taken care of. Would not hesitate to recommend, especially the apartments with private garages. The convenience can't be beat."

"Not really sure how this place has 4.0 stars the communication is awful. Like they are doing the most, Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if this place has pending lawsuits against them. I wished my friend would have ever moved here, I know he is ready to leave them. My friend is an outstanding guy who pays all of his bills on time and has never had any issues with doing what is right, however he was told the wrong information from multiple people in the leasing office and blindly served an eviction notice / court date as a result. This place needs training on how to conduct business with the whole staff to prevent misleading tenants in the future. Everyone seems to have their own rules and not on the same page."
