"Lived here for 3 years Pros: great price, great location, neighbors were all super nice, maintenance is quick and responsive, pool is well maintained, there's a bus stop right outside, so very convenient to get downtown Con: Sometimes, if you listen real close, you can hear an over excited person yell out "woooo!". Not sure if they lived there or not, but it would happen any time between 6p and 2a. Maybe it's more of a pro."

"I lived at Oak Grove for about 18 months, great location (minutes away from Zilker) and downtown). Very quiet & great pool. I am traveling abroad for a year.....I plan on moving back to this property when I return."
