"When the property first opened I had plans to move From Florida and drove all the way here with all my stuff for a job opportunity. After going through great lengths just to get my application approved(asked me for stuff that other properties don’t ask for) I was finally approved and told I was ready to move in. I even called before hand to confirm before I got on the road. Once I got to Austin the day before I was supposed to move in they called me to tell me the building I was supposed to move into was not ready because they needed a fire Marshall to inspect it. But since it was the holidays he wouldn’t be back for 2 weeks……. So I was forced to stay in a Air bnb for 2-3 weeks with inflated holiday prices….. I even went to the office directly to share my situation with them and they basically told me tough luck. After a couple days and thousands gone to air bnb and temporary storage units I realized I couldn’t afford the airbnb for much longer and ended up moving to some run down complex temporarily because I really didn’t have much options on such short notice. They ended up giving my unit to someone else and kept my app fee. It’s funny the cause the girl who made the mistake in first place was on vacation that week I went to drop them a visit. They don’t understand how much of an inconvenience to go through all that was. It makes my heart warm seeing all these bad reviews and seeing I dodged a bullet regardless."

"You get what you pay for. If you can afford to go somewhere else, then go somewhere else. This community is just terrible. I live on the first floor and I’ve had so many issues with the upstairs neighbors. They caused water damage in my bathroom from the freeze earlier this year, they are very loud in the middle of the night, and I have smelled weed through the vents, and heard fighting. Not to mention the gun shots we often hear nearby and the one guy on the fourth floor chucking furniture and glass objects out his window into the parking lot. Oh, and gas was siphoned from my little brother’s car while he was visiting. Also that one time I had two packages stolen from my door (caught on footage). The staff just doesn’t care about the problems that these people cause in their community, they just care to make money. We have reported these neighbors so many times to the office, and they’ve done nothing about it. They “need to see police reports” build up first, which we’ve filed several times. But hey, at least the maintenance staff is nice."
