The Braxton has a small community feel within a historical neighborhood of locally owned shops, well-known restaurants and coffee shops. You can spend the day at home sunning at the amazing roof-top pool or spend a day out on the town considering the location provides easy access to Downtown Austin, The Domain, and The Triangle."

It is so hard to find such a great apartment community with true quality management, but this is it!!"
"I love living at the Braxton! I moved here in January and the location, building, pool common areas & gym are perfection! The building is quaint, welcoming and so clean! A lot of apartments around Austin are massive and overwhelming and the Braxton is the complete opposite. It’s calm and makes you feel like home. Lauren the manager and Rick from maintenance are amazing people! Help each resident out as much as possible and really welcome you home. Definitely suggest living here :)"
"The Braxton is such an amazing place to live. It’s located perfectly in the middle of Austin making it easy to get anywhere. The building feels so welcoming and has everything you could need including and amazing rooftop pool. Not to mention Lauren who is just a gem of a human, she goes well above and beyond to help you and address any concerns you might have. Moving from another country, finding an apartment was terrifying but Lauren made everything so easy and seamless. Couldn’t recommend living here more."
