"No complaints. Well manages. Luis takes care of all the things in a timely manner. Great location. The apartments are decent for the rent. Lock your bikes though. It's so close to Guadalupe (which is a positive) but also gives the riffraffs easy access."
"I lived at this complex for a few months before subleasing it in Nov 2019. When my lease ended June 2020, I had to harangue the property manager to return my security and pet deposit. I just got the security deposit back in August 2020 and now it's been almost 3 months with no sight of return for the pet deposit. There is always some excuse about the "big boss" being in out of town, the accountant saying they don't show record of my payment, or something else. I've had to email and call relentlessly before even getting a status update or response. Additionally, they insisted that the subleaser has a pet, which she does not. Although this place has an ideal location and is affordable, I would highly NOT RECOMMEND the complex for the sake of poor management. Do not try to rent here, your paperwork will get messed up and you'll have to spend months getting your deposits back."
