"Management is very horrible, lived in these apartments for 3 years in 2 different apartments (moved into a 2 bedroom after my first lease was up), horrible maintenance that doesn’t do anything but ignores when needed. At one point I got bed bugs yes that’s right BED BUGS from neighbors trash stored on balconies next door, trash around the complex it was RIDICULOUS I never had this problem before nor in the first apartment building when I first moved here but seems like every neighbor that moves it next door (had 5 different neighbors in a 2 year period) is trashy keeps trash on balconies & around the stair case, trim along the windows are door ways are broken off when I moved it, it took them 6 months to fix my pipes from the blizzard busting them their maintenance overall is horrible along with maintenance!!! Idk how they’re rated above A 1 star complex is overall trashy filled with careless neighbors & management!!"

"I have lived at this complex for almost 3 years now. Me giving 2 stars is me being too sympathetic, so I am changing to one star. I have been without a working shower for a month now. I made 2 maintenance requests for this, and it was still not fixed, so I emailed the manager directly, was completely ignored. I had to walk in her office and show her the messages I had sent to her days later. I had to show her how to use her email to find her messages. She told me it was MY FAULT it was still not fixed and told me I should be sending maintenance requests, when that was what I did IN THE FIRST place to try and get this fixed. They use a “model” apartment to catfish people into renting with them when even the models have roaches. The models have new appliances when the units have appliances from the 80s/90s. These apartments are old. The plumbing hasn’t been updated since the 70s, the complex grounds has missing boards from the fence where dogs constantly are running out of, almost being hit by cars. It is littered with trash constantly. It has been like this for MONTHS. The past apartment managers have been kind and attentive to some of the issues, making up for the very dated amenities we get here. But the complex was recently bought out by Karya Management. Trying to make it look fresh and new online, but nothing has changed, in fact gotten worst. The new manager, Elba, has a lot of work to do, but refuses to do it. Is incompetent when it comes to being an apartment manager, and building rapport with tenants, or even responding to them. Is rude when you approach about issues that are NOT being fixed, and does not make me feel valued as a tenant. I never leave reviews like this, and I am not the only tenant who feels this way. Also, watch out for all of the fake 5 star reviews. At the end of the day this is a great area, and this has potential to be a great place. But lack of good management is holding this place back. Make sure you read this review before deciding to get an apartment here."

"New to Austin, and was looking around this area! I was a bit skeptical from the look of the exterior, I however decided to give it a try due to the great rent prices! Wow, I'm glad I did! The manager of the apartment complex, Maya--she was so helpful! The interior of the apartment was well updated with pretty wood flooring and black appliances. You can tell the management truly cares for the complex. I'm looking forward to leasing in my new apartment with Park at Crestview!"
