"My girlfriend friend lives here and we both have felt unsafe walking her dog to use the bathroom. There are squatters living in one of the apartments. .Multiple complaints have been filed about the property being poorly lit and it's still not fixed."
"Lived here a year only because I'm a veteran and at the time was on hud vash, Cary and Darrell the management here are not good, you have to kiss their butt to get anything done to place if something is wrong, my fridge was not working good around May and they never told their management CSA properties, I had to call them myself and they had no clue didn't get a new unit until day before Thanksgiving. Cock roach infestation also, other people who live there only two or three keep place decent, highly suggest u don't stay here. They only look to help others there who want to be friends with them, they have numerous cats around and if u have to go into management place which by the way they stay on property it smells like cat piss, they only care about cats and by the way your water bill will be around 50 dollars each month because she waters the ground each day and u will end up paying for it simply because they do a mass water bill, and if your a friend of theirs your bill will be less than mine was the whole time I stayed. Housing Authority of Austin knows how bad this place is and won't help pay for rent there. Glad I'm no longer there and on my own now, DO NOT STAY HERE. Trust me unless you like bugs and management who is very shady nice to your face talk behind your back."
