"Lived her for almost 2 years. The apartment is self was fine, nothing fancy but decent. But! This complex will do anything to get an extra fee from you!!!! I can not begin to list the extra little charges I was expected to pay for nothing!!! Heaven forbid you need to dry a large blanket over the balcony for an hour… $25 charge. When I moved out I cleaned from top to bottom and I was still charged for dust on the ceiling fans…. I couldn’t wait to leave and will not be back!!!"

"Living at this apartment complex was great in the beginning. The weeks we couldn't use our patio and had to bring everything into our living rooms because of renovations, rent increase that greatly outpaced inflation (+ about 10%), and big move out fees for cleaning up the apartment after we left were the three main things that I feel they could have improved on."

"I just have to say that the management here is awesome. They work with us to get us in there quick to get maintenance issues done the property is absolutely gorgeous. I love my little apartment. It’s everything I’ve been looking for thank you guys for all the hard work you do, this place is quiet. It’s got a nice swimming pool. I’ve got a fireplace washer and dryer in my unit. If positive things about this place. Thank you."

"Wouldn't recommend it. Overpriced for what it is (a cheaply built apartment) and unhelpful office. We went month to month for awhile while looking for a new place and were applying for a new place. Landlords were calling to verify that we lived there, JUST that we lived at Walnut Creek. The office wouldn't tell them we lived there because we hadn't given them a move out date yet. How are we supposed to know our move out date if we don't have a new apartment yet? And how are we supposed to get a new apartment if you won't verify that we live here? We had to literally beg them to be flexible. Plus they're working their maintenance guys too hard. Hire another person! It's too much for them to take care of. Give them a raise too, they deserve it. Pool is super nice though, so 2 stars."

"I was in a last minute mad dash trying to find an apartment after a different apartment fell through. The staff at Walnut Creek Crossing were able to get me in for a tour and process and approve my application all in the same day! It was the easiest apartment application process I've ever gone through. The property is cute and pretty quiet so far. My dog loves the dog park and the neighbors all seem friendly. 10/10 excellent experience"
