Great location, great amenities, fair pricing - I’d highly recommend choosing Esperanza Domain to anyone looking for an apartment. We absolutely loved our time as residents here. And we appreciate all that the management and staff have done for us and the apartment complex as a whole. We moved in under a different management, and we were very much delighted with everything the new/current management has done to uplift our residential experience. They have improved so much from the previous management(s? - not sure if there were more than 1 before them). They are extremely friendly and amicable. And they have brought a positive spirit while building a sense of community through community events and communications which definitely enhanced our experience as residents."

"I personally love this community very much! Good location (walk to Domain for shopping and Metrorail for commuting to downtown), luxury amenities (Stratis Smart Home is excellent), variety of events (food truck as well in summer), and reasonable rent. The package locker room is very safe, in the last one and half years, we never lost packages. Staff is very friendly and always there to help (Angel is perfect!). Our unit is quiet as well, my wife and I never heard traffic or horns noise from outside. Also, the public areas are clean and easy to access. Everything was perfect until a "crazy" upstairs neighbour moved in. They had an absolutely opposite daily life. They started making huge noises (music/movie, dragging furniture, walking around) at 10-11pm each night and won't stop until 4am or 5am next morning. We could not sleep enough for months. After escalating this issue to the management, they allowed us to transfer to a top floor unit and we moved out smoothly. If you want to avoid noise disturbance, I strongly suggest the top floor or location facing the small parking area between Esperanza Domain and The Addison. Overall the Esperanza Domain deserves 4-5 stars."
