"The experience of finding my first apartment was pretty frustrating until I came to Bridge at Tech Ridge. Ashley was the one to help me and I don't think I've ever had such a welcoming experience like i did with her. She was wonderful and went above and beyond to help me. The whole process was smooth and quick. She was very kind, compassionate and caring. I cannot express how grateful and appreciative I am of her. The complex is calm and clean. They even have events for us like game night and food several times a month. I'm very satisfied with my decision of living here and definitely recommend this place to call home."

"This apartment community has been everything my wife and I could have asked for. It is peaceful, maintenance is very quick to respond to requests, and the leasing office is very friendly and available. On top of that, the grounds are immaculate and very well tended. We would have been happy to stay longer but my wife and I had another opportunity we couldn’t pass up and had to move."

"I have to echo the reviews of others about the maintenance team, Homero is on top of it. In our third year, have never had a problem that wasn’t resolved quickly. Never had an issue with crime or a dirty property. In fact, the management is great at making landscaping improvements and keeping things maintained. They host community events, have meal giveaways, the pools are well kept and we have good parking. We plan to renew our lease when the time comes. My only resident issues are with the amount of dog waste on the ground (bad dog owners, not the apartments’ fault) and that residents (not the apartment staff) throw trash into our beautiful pond, and folks ignore the signs on the recycling cans about what is not recyclable."

"This property is so amazing and peaceful. They really love their residence. They cater to them giving us food. All of the events are fun and entertaining. I attended one of my very first event on my birthday in October and it was amazing I got free ice cream the food was unlimited very good Tacos my agent Natalia was fantastic and helping me get moving into my apartment. She was patient with me, gentle and kind And the assistant agent Ashley was so patient with me when I brought in my money order to the company she assisted me and make sure that I was all set up and all payments were final and the pro manager is awesome Jamie she’s very pleasant and energetic and friendly with all residents I come into the office every other day and I’m greeted with so much love always have good snacks here I love coming from a place where I was a little stressed at my old property and the fact that I moved over here at Tech Ridge where I feel a sense of peace and safety in this community is quiet. I love the free Internet and cable And the views are immaculate. The pool are so resort style and beautiful. My apartment is very big and spacious shout out to Natalia for helping me get into my apartment on the first floor. It is amazing. I’m so happy to be here in my new home, they help me put in maintenance request And they get done the same day I do not have to wait even with me having my disability they assist me in writing things and making sure I understand what’s going on or anything by me help with and their patient wonderful staff here thank you for servicing, me, Natalia Jamie and Ashley bridge of Tech Ridge my property stuff is better than yours"
