Allegre Point Apartments

"Lived there for 2 years…Trash cans stayed piled up all out in the street. Upon moving in I found the previous renters ashtrays and other things in the kitchen. Stove has rust and was spray painted and when brought up to maintenance he just told me he can re-spray the rusting part of the stove because the manager was not going to replace it. The dishwasher stayed not draining and they didn’t want to replace that as well. When I moved out they sent a bill for normal wear and tear trying to charge me for the carpet and them painting the walls. When I called the office the assistant manager insisted on arguing with me that the carpet should be spotless after 2 years. And when I told her my lawyer would be in contact with them she got mad and more upset. If anything find a different complex to stay in because this one isn’t it. Packages were stolen, appliances were never fixed you will be charged for rent even after your rent is paid on time."

"This five star review is for Alexander, who is currently a temp there. He was very personable and gave me detailed explanations on how to navigate the application so I wouldn’t be confused. He talked to me on a person to person level and did not treat me as if I was just another applicant behind the desk. Before I applied he would call me with updates and gave me the best option for me. Regardless if I get approved for the apartment or not Alexander was one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever come into contact with and I genuinely appreciate his knowledge on Allegre Point Apartments ☺️"

"Well kept, newer...secure parking...I only stopped to visit someone so I don't know about the management...what I saw was good..."

"On Monday, February 27 at approximately 11:30am there is a knock at my door, It's maintenance. I did not submit a maintenace request. I say hello (from inside the apartment) and I proceed to tell that I did not submit a request and that this has happened before; there was a maintenance request for my unit but I did not request it. He proceeds to tell me - very rudely - that there was a request and he has to come in because there is a leak on the first floor from your AC. I am on the third floor. I tell him that I am not dressed and he says - very rudely once again - "I will just stand right here". I proceed to call downstairs to the management office, I give my name and unt # and explain what is going on. The acting manager tells me that "maintenance said they needed to get into your apartment because there is a leak under you on the first floor, so I did the request". I am confused as to why she didn't think the appropriate measure to take would have been to give me a call instead of submitting a request, and having maintenance attempting to open my door when I know that I have not submitted any request for maintenance. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Not only is the staff here unprofessional the buildings were haphazardly thrown together. He (maintenance guy) told my son "something wasn't done right when they were doing the plumbing/wiring, etc... when the buildings were built, the leak should not be going to the first floor from your AC unit when you're on the third floor"."

"I moved in last September. I have nothing but good things to say about this community. Management and maintenance are extremely nice . And they are quick and helpful if I have any questions or concerns. And the neighbors are friendly and pleasant. I love my apartment. The grounds are always neat and tidy. We even have a pantry on Tuesdays in the leasing office for fresh product and can and dry goods for the residents. This is a great place to live. I am so happy I decided to move here."
