"I have been living in this place over 2 years. The service is ridiculous. I have garage that outlet doesn’t work and I asked to fix this issue and they never did even I go to them every week. Two years and couple of months to fix outlet and they never did. I don’t recommend no one for this place only who need headache come live here. The manager doesn’t take the job serious every time she says excuses. She just chilling at the office m. I hope this email read by the manager office in San Antonio ."

"We're about to move in tomorrow and I have to say the staff is incredible! Went above and beyond to help us and always returned calls and emails. They are super professional and friendly. I was lucky enough to get to work with Kayla (though the entire staff is great!), and I LOVE HER! A very knowledgeable and considerate young woman who made our transition from a beloved Southside apartment not only bearable, but also a happy occasion!"
