"They shut off the water for three days to do pipe work (unrelated to the winter storm which also cut our water for a week). They did not give us a place to stay so we had to find someone to crash with. We asked for a meager 3 day reduction to our rent that month and they said no! I never received the water bill that we were supposed to get each month. I asked them again and again to put me on the mailing list for the water bill, but they never did. The water bill did not show up on the payment portal either, so I never knew how much to pay and they would often refuse to tell me and hit me with late fees. The payment portal incorrectly showed that we owed an additional month of rent, so we paid. We quickly realized we did not owe this amount, so we asked for it back. They said we would get a refund check in 30 days. The check never came. I told them and they said the check was on its way. The check still never came. I had to contact them several more times over multiple weeks, and finally, 60 days after we moved out, the check came (a refund for which we never owed in the first place), and BOTH of our names were spelled wrong on the check (mine and my roommate's)."

"Bad experience. They're continuously shutting off the water and the only solution they give us is a "sorry for the inconvenience". Even if you don't smoke, your apartment will smell like cigarettes. The size of the apartments are nice but the old fixtures, funky smell, and poor management outweigh the pros. They do nothing to compensate you for the inconveniences."
