"They owe me 4 checks for 4 different vendor jobs I completed back in September. My last review posts got their attention and linda their accountant reached out asking if I would agree to meet her the Tuesday after Christmas to discuss and I agreed. No word from her or anyone from metric property since then. Every person from other properties that have worked with them in the past told me they are the worst property ever to work with…now I know for sure and wished I had known this beforehand. But regardless, I STILL NEED MY FOUR CHECKS."

"We have lived here 3 1/2 years. It's an older property, but when we first moved in it was well-maintained with a responsive, full-time staff. The maintenance man lived on site, and walked the property every day keeping everything looking nice. In the fall of 2020 there was a change in ownership, and it has been a steady downhill slide ever since. They immediately got rid of the manager and the maintenance man (both were older, I suspect age discrimination.) Management has been a constant revolving door ever since, and even though we've had a few good managers, they are never on property full-time and they never stay very long. There are chronic plumbing problems which result in regular floods of raw sewage (!!!) overflowing onto the sidewalk along the western edge of the property. (Even when they get the waste water to stop flooding, they leave human waste and toilet paper all over the sidewalk... GROSS!) After SOME of the trees were damaged in snowmageddon, they had almost ALL of the trees in the courtyards completely removed. There have been chronic problems with trash & recycling removal, and the bins are often overflowing. The trim along the west flowerbed slowly deteriorated, and rather than repair it, they have just let the dirt from the flowerbed take over the sidewalk so that when it rains it's a muddy mess. The maintenance guys do their best, but we have had to wait weeks, then months, for things like repairing a broken AC and replacing a broken dishwasher. The only reason we have stayed this long is because of the extremely easy access to the high school, but the minute our kid graduates, we are moving. I wish I could recommend this place, because the location is fantastic, but it has gone from being a charming, older property to a dump. P.S. The 5-star review written by Monique Wright is fake; she was the manager at that time. I suspect the 5-star reviews from Channelle Mahome and Brian Mirabel, written at the same time, are also fake."
