East Vue Ranch Apartments

"The most dog poop I've ever seen accumulated in one place. It's everywhere all the time. Staff is pretty nice but if you have a difficult issue like loud neighbors or leaks they will just ignore your communications after the first try. Also it was a regular occurance last year to see car windows busted out in the parking lot every few weeks. Storage facility next door is also very loud with stadium level lighting at night, which is just annoying and clearly doesn't help with the crime in this area. Can't wait to leave."

"I’ve been very happy here! Love the finishes in the apartment, like the location next to a park, and my work orders have been taken care of promptly. Had to four stars because my car was broken into, but that is something that happens everywhere. The road noise is a lot so try to live further back in the complex. Not taking points off the complex for that, not something they can really help"

"Part of me wants to gate keep this place but they deserve a shout out. I’ve lived at many places in Austin (and all over the country) in the last nine years and this one is by far the best. A total hidden gem in a great location with a quiet and beautiful community. Loving it here and also wanna give a big shout out to Harley for all of her help. Thanks EVR!"

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues. However, East Vue Ranch also has some flaws that need to be addressed. The outdoor corridors are often infested with bugs, especially during the summer months. The dog park is not well maintained, and there are dog feces in the grass that are not picked up by the owners. The trash collection is not very efficient, and the hallways are sometimes dirty and smelly. These problems affect the quality of living and the appearance of the community. Overall, East Vue Ranch is a nice place to live, but it could be better if it improved its cleanliness and pest control. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and convenient apartment, but I would also advise them to be aware of the drawbacks."

"So far I LOVE it!! I had a very smooth move in and Harley has been so much help to make moving less stressful. It’s a beautiful community and they were also very quick to get all my work orders in, looking forward to being a part of this community."
