"LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is great! Its a beautiful, well maintained property. But even better is that the people running things are AWESOME! I'll start by saying that I am coming from a truly fabulous apartment community in LA and Bridge at Henley is totally matching my expectations of great apartment living. My leasing specialist, Kory, is excellent. He has been communicative, efficient, professional and friendly! The process of renting an apartment while in another state is a bit complex but I was never at a loss for help and guidance. And now that I am here in Austin, he continues to be totally dependable. Kory is on point! Everyone in the leasing office is available, helpful and communicative. The other leasing specialist, Brennan always helps in such a friendly and professional manner. The Manager Brandon is terrific and another gentleman in the office, Brad is always helpful and available. Every time I go into the office its such a positive, friendly interaction. This is the stuff that makes great apartment communities. Now regarding maintenance: Scott the maintenance manager is terrific. He and his team (Josh and Aslan) are fast, efficient and friendly. Can't ask for more. Jacqueline cleans around the building and does a fantastic job! The place looks great and is kept up well. The place itself is so nice with a fully stocked gym and cycling room with all the extras. The pool is gorgeous, and they have some courtyards with BBQ, ping pong and much more. Inside you can find a number of meeting rooms that are super stylish and comfortable. Some have huge TVS and computer desk and chairs, and others are obviously more for meetings. VERY nice. I can't thank everyone there enough and highly recommend Bridge at Henley with NO hesitation."

"My favorite thing about this apartment is the maintenance services. Aslan, Josh and Scott always do a good job. They work to solve all your problems. It was not even 1 hour after I made my service request that Aslan came and did an excellent job. Maintenance service is the only thing the apartment complex should be proud of. All the stars are for them."

"Management has changed so much, current managers Bradley and Brandon (if reviewers are reading check and see if it’s changed again) PREVIOUS management let the parking garage be closed for over a year, stole packages from residents, it was a disaster CURRENT management required a 60-day move out notice — yet in that time nobody could figure out if I had a security deposit, or not. I was charged monthly for a rent lock, that was also possibly a premium for not having a security deposit? But nobody knows anything or can give me any solid answers. What to expect: first floor will have mice/roaches and crickets will be in all floors. All packages will be stolen and every management this place has had doesn’t care. Dogs off leash. Kids playing unsupervised in the gym area. Pool closed for months at a time. All alerted to Bradley/Brandon over email, their response time is roughly 10 days. Don’t expect any help within a week. I moved out over a month ago and am still waiting on answers. The building itself is beautiful! But with the FOBS not working on ANY gates to the dog park, the gates and garage always broken, and the unfortunate management cycle I strongly recommend going elsewhere."
