"I like these apartments, however we have mentioned many times that there is a dog that constantly urinates on the floor and they do nothing but send the same email instead of looking at the cameras and finding the problem, this has been going on for a long time 5-6 months. The hallway smells horrible and the neighbors have already shown their dissatisfaction and annoyance but nothing has happened."
"Nice apartments, however, it has issues such as parking which was mentioned before and residents who don’t pick up after their dogs as well. We have mentioned many times that there’s a dog who’s constantly peeing on the floor and they don’t do anything about it other than sending the same email saying to pick up after their dogs instead of looking at the cameras and finding the problem. The hallway smells awful due to the dog peeing not once or twice, but daily."
"This apartment complex is decent to at except the parking situation. I’ve been here for a few months now and my car has been scraped by the entrance gate to the parking garage twice because it seems like it’s set up incorrectly. There are limited spots for visitors to park in and you have to check them in for a full 24 hours or you will be towed the minute it expires. My friends have been towed here on 3 separate occasions. They are also slow to get back to service requests. Overall I would say this apartment complex is very new and has lots of kinks to work out before I recommend living here."
