"August 8 2023, these apartments are the worst i have lived in, besides their high rent/rats/bed bugs.They never clean the pool its always green and disgusting. In the summer it was never open due to them “remodeling” the pool. They finished remodeling and its always dirty. The laundry room is always so nasty and they never clean the washers or dryers. So many dog hair in the washers. They have rats all over the buildings and when asked to come remove them, they only set traps, but the rats never go away. So many bed bugs inside the walls! They don’t even caulk the baseboards or the door trims. They remodeled the apartments but they do a bad job of taking care of the inside apartments. They charge for trash and they never pick up. They never answer their calls. They charge for any little thing that is not “in the lease agreement” but they have a whole lot of trash in the outside apartments."
"I really was lucky to find this place for the amount of rent they charge. Kim and the rest of Management have been super helpful and maintenance are on top of everything, especially with how they handled my plumbing situation. I’m super pleased with their help and I’d recommend checking this place out if you need a place to stay in this specific area of Austin."
"Roach infestation that mgmt refuses to address, absolutely disgusting!!! They don't answer calls or emails, office staff is totally unresponsive. I'm so happy the end of my lease is approaching and I can finally move out of this heap. STAY FAR AWAY!!"

"Definitely the best you can get for the price. It isn't fancy but it definitely isnt bad in any way. My little one bedroom-ish studio is adorable, and the maintenance men live here so I feel safer (this is Rundberg, afterall). My only complaint is that it's right next to a middle school and the drummers have practice around 4pm. I knew the school was there, it's just not something I thought about beforehand. I definitely recommend this place and would gladly renew my lease if I didn't need a bigger place."
