"0 stars. I believe it was the assistant manager who publicly fought with me when I went in to sign a lease about not having a mask on (in may 2023) as she and all her staff didn’t have masks on. And when asked about it she replied “well I’m not even supposed to be out here.” But yet she was. Needless to say I did NOT sign there and would not recommend anyone else to do so."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management and maintenance team failed to fix my hot water for 30+ days. Woodland Heights, is not well versed in what tenants are entitled to according to city and state law. It is actually EMBARRASSING how Manager, Joanne Latorre failed to care about this. I hope DTI properties understands that she is a terrible manager and needs to be let go, along with Veronica Cruz, the rudest person I have met in my life. I had to do my own research and get legal consult to get out of this lease. Living here was extremely terrifying, neighbors will stare at you constantly, creepy men will drink beer in the parking lot at all hours of the night and then leave their trash in the parking lot for everyone to see the next morning. The pool is open 9-5 so good luck if you want to chill at the pool after work. My girlfriends car got towed within minutes as I was walking over to the office to get a pass. The inside of the apartments are trash, the maintenance team just paints over all the cabinets to hide dirt or bugs rather than actually clean them. This place is such a joke. I took so many cold showers and didn’t have hot water to properly clean my dishes. Woodland Heights, DTI properties is a sick place and inhumane. Stay away from this place for your own good."

"NEVER!!!!!!!! Move into this , place it’s a nightmare leaving here .... Nothing gets fixed, none one cares . No one wants to be responsible and accountable for any problem or anything that has to do with the people that we leave here . Trash is everywhere, my refrigerator drawers are been broken since I move here , by 6 months ago. And I’m here in sitting in my truck, cause my A/C it hasn’t been working since last night, I tried to call , the office to see if someone can come out to fix it , but again NO ! Answer... SO , plz don’t move here , I know it’s hard out there to find a place to were are kids can leave better and for us parents a peace of mind."

"Please find better matience people to keep up with the property it looks to nasty and trashy, every time I go through there there's trash flowing out of the dumpsters it's disgusting! I know yall recently paved the parking lot which I was happy but now it looks ugly again, I wish it would stay nice smh. Please clean up the property."

"This place is in humane all apartments are infested with cockroaches. And if your apartment doesn’t there well most likely be rats. Also the apartment floors and walls are very thin so the smell and noises from other complex just seeps in. There are tons of stray cat in the area. This area is not safe for children. There are always beer bottles in the park."
