"The job was poorly done. I still have a Crack under the sink, which will allow things and insects to creep. They should have replaced the whole bottom. It shows poorly for the maintenance staff. It must be fixed. They want c rent on time but this apt should have been ready to be occupied and it was not"

"I like how one of the 5 star reviews is coming from the property manager, Yansi. The laundry rooms are getting better managed, for awhile it was a nightmare. The machines break down a lot and no one really stays on top of them. The residents throw trash and beer cans/bottles all over the streets. There used to be a carwash station in the back now it is a place they store apartment furniture and other trash to get thrown away once there is room in the dumpsters. Lots of loud music and people parking in the middle of the road at any hour of the day. I had damages to my apartment I complained about initially when moving in but no one ever came to fix them. I bet they will take my security deposit when I leave. But hey! I haven't been robbed or shot. :)"
