"I have lived here with my family since three years. I have 10 reasons why i still love to live here and now proud and enthusiastic to mention them. 1. By experience this community is peace loving. 2. Its relatively affordable 3. The safety of my family is guaranteed. The services of a Professional Security Company has been hired to watch the facility. They move around mostly in the night with a patrol cart. 4. We now get spectrum cable through the property and its now free. 5. Despite the fact that visitors parking has been reduced we still have lots of visitors parking more than you can have elsewhere. This is a problem when i visit other places where cars get towed easily. 6. The management is so sociable. They have fun events that bring us together; a kind of know your neighbor kind of thing. 7. The maintenance team is good. 8. We have a good play ground and swimming pool regularly maintained. 9. Accessible area. I walk to heb and other shops around for my shopping. Its closeness to i35 places the facility imaginary at the center of the town. Drive to Round Rock and Down town is 5 to 10 minutes. 10. The management / resident communication is very good. We got a new manager couple of months ago who has been an architect of the some of the benefits we now enjoy. I am grateful to Gloria the humble serving lady for her calls and concern to make sure we get the best of the services. I highly recommend this facility."
