"Probably one of the worst areas to live in austin. Tenants are gross loud and crazy as hell. You’ll never get a good nights sleep. You’ll never feel safe. You’ll always hear sirens. The layout of the unit is terrible. Do not get a ground floor unit you’ll have homeless people and drug addicts knocking on your door or trying to break into your apartment. They don't have security people. Thats a lie. The gate is always broken. I never saw any valet trash that we paid for. Never had any pest control people spraying around the property. RPM is a good company but these apartments are a travesty. And no one picks up their dogs poop we tried our best to keep it nice and clean and be super courteous to our neighbors but it was met with mean glares, scary interactions, and people not controlling their animals. I cant overstate how terrible of an experience this was. Granted, upon moving in here we were in a place of desperation but I cant help to feel as though me and my family were absolutely taken advantage of. Be safe! Paid 1400 a month to have exposed wiring and rodents!"

"I absolutely LOVE living here. It has been the best decision I have made for my daughter and I. Managers are very helpful, same with office staff. Maintenance is fantastic and prompt when a problem occurs, which has been minimal. I am so happy and grateful to come home to this place every day!"
