"Shoddy. With so much work to do here, it's amazing how much time "maintenance" sits in the office. My mom recently moved here. Everywhere you look you see substandard workmanship. They seem to believe caulk and paint fixes everything. Splits in the door frame are caulked! Baseboards are glued on vinyl. Lumpy floors from apparent water damage. Kitchen light hanging askew. Bottoms of cabinets warped. To pay over $1200 for 650 square feet, you don't expect to see glaring evidence of previous damage, nor would you expect roaches AFTER being treated twice by pest control within less than 3 months. I really wish I'd toured this place with her before she signed her lease."

"I moved in April 1 and had some things that needed some attention. Managers and maintenance acted immediately and made needed repairs. I am so impressed with how quickly staff responded and how quickly my concerns were taken care of. Office staff has been so courteous and friendly and professional, as well as maintenance staff. I am enjoying the peace and quiet here and overall quality of the complex."

"Well, she ain't perfect, BUT she is home. I have lived in a lot of places in my life and I don't think any apartment is perfect. The gates are broken most of the time - but you can't blame the office girls or them maintenance boys really. People over 55 have vision problems because they keep hitting the gates and causing the issues! The maintenance man is slow and I mean SLOW, but he does get the job done when he shows up. I like Iris and Lisa. They always are ready with a smile and a hello. I don't see Iris as much as Lisa but that's not a problem. Lisa is very personable and she is always there to make you feel special. She makes everyone feel welcome. There are some cantankerous people who live here and they aren't always nice to the office girls, but somehow they always keep their cool when dealing with these knuckleheads. I often sit back and have a good chuckle and go about my business. It's not a bad deal living here for a 55 and older spot. It's a great place to have that one last home before you forget how to wipe your but or forget where home is! I like it anyway."

"We came by here to visit our aunt in the senior living residences. The gate was secured, but it was partially open so that one would be able to slip into the facility areas. There did not appear to be any security cameras or a walking patrol or mobile patrol in the area. During our visit, we did not see anything that seemed to be of a dangerous nature. Our aunt's residence appeared to be in good condition and the water, gas, electric, and air was working on our arrival. The swimming pool appeared to be clean and well kept. The grounds were well kept and the walkways were clean and well kept. The elevator was in working condition upon our arrival and there was several handicapped spaces available for use as observed."
