"My mom has been calling the office about her sink overflowing with water for a few days and they have yet to send someone out. I have called them and they still hav t sent anyone out. She is almost 70 yrs old and having to clean up water due to the people upstairs putting grease, baby wipes and everything else down the sink causing her sink to clog and over fill with water all on the floor. I will be calling the city and whoever else I need to in the morning. This is ridiculous. The pool is never open. The maintenance opens it when it wants to. The office acts like they don't have control to open the pool."
"Worst place to live. They never fix things, and they add an access code for visitors and change the access again without saying anything. Towing comes between 2-3am. Next time you know, your car is gone."
"I lve lived here for 10 years, same used carpet as the previous owner i can feel the concrete floor when i step. No hot water in the mornings or at night. Front office wont do anything to help but say they would take care of it. I would give them a negatve of i had the option."
"Lived here and it is the worst experience ever. Cockroaches crawling around, no matter what we do. The staff is rude and without a care in their mind. The card machine for the laundry broke down and we were jut to told to handwash."
"If I could give zero stars I would. This apartments suck. Roaches everywhere, no mater if you clean daily, call the exterminator every other week you will not see any results. To say I can't even cook in my kitchen in peace because there is bugs crawling in the stove. It's disgusting. They should make it a thing that the whole apartments get the exterminator twice a month. I would definitely NOT recommend this apartments to my friends or family, not unless they take action in getting rid the bugs."
