About the Business
The Jordan at Mueller Apts is an affordable housing community located at 2724 Philomena Street in Austin, Texas. We are part of Foundation Communities, which operates 28 affordable housing communities for families and single adults. Our budget is primarily funded by the affordable rents our residents pay, which cover operating expenses for our communities.
We are committed to green building initiatives to reduce operating costs, lower residents' utility bills, and create a more sustainable living environment. Construction crews with BEC Austin are currently working on our Parker Lane Apartments, with a summer opening expected.

"Apartment size is great at affordable price. I like the solar and other green technologies. There are after school and summer programs. Management and Maintenance staff are courteous and dependable. Mueller neighborhood is awesome. I have lived here since the facility opened in 2019, it was not always easy to appreciate. There were noisy disrespectful people, unsupervised children owning the public areas, damage to the property, etc. I sometimes thought of leaving. This year the management team has done a great job of calming the vibes and it has made all the difference. I love my home and community."

"Bryan and Jake are amazing. They helped me , patiently, through the whole process of getting an apt. They promptly answer emails and calls. They are both just very kind men. They go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. I love my apt! Almost 800 sq feet. Room for my favorite dining table and STILL nice sized space for living room. Plenty of parking. Not HUGE like apt complexes where you get lost! Needed small maintenance thing and they came the same day! I highly recommend the Jordan at Muller!"
"I love love love my apartment manager Bryan. He goes above and beyond for us residents here. If I have a problem he fixes it. I’ve lived here for almost four years and haven’t met an apartment manager like him. It’s the great attitude for me. The community here is amazing as well, they offer many different resources for multiple things. So if you’re looking for an apartment with an amazing leasing team I recommend here. Also the maintenance man Josh is amazing as hell too. I haven’t moved because of the staff here. Thank you guys for being amazing and going above and beyond for your residence"
"I love it here! Bryan is amazing and really cares about the community and families living here! Josh with maintenance is a very hard worker and completes requests as soon as possible. With location conveniently next to H-E-B and the new Northeast Middle School, we plan to stay right at home and be part of the new growth around Mueller!"
