"I just moved out from Mosaic, and I am feeling sad. It’s a great option if you want to live in Mueller and do not want to overpay. All bed reviews are fair, but trust me, the management is trying to improve service. The leasing office is always very responsive, and I never had any problems with maintenance requests – everything was quick, and the staff is very polite and professional. Plus, they have a great big gym, which is fantastic to have. Mueller is the best area, and it’s a very good deal to live there."

"PLEASE READ! PLEASE READ! We had to sue them for breaking into our apartment and throwing away our items. (We won) This will be long but I promise it's worth the read. My girlfriend and I were in a one bed unit and recently signed a new lease for a 2 bed apartment. The new lease started a month before the old one ended so it gave us plenty of time to move our things out. 3 days before our lease ended to our 1st unit my girlfriend and I were walking our dog at 6am and noticed the lights on. I had been in there the night before and I remember locking the back door and turning off the lights the day before so it raised a concern. We looked inside and noticed our TV and vanity mirror were gone. We had assumed we were robbed and they came through the front door because our front door batteries to the electronic lock had died about a week prior. Also I've had my catalytic converter stolen and my car broken into the past year at the same complex. The good thing was they left our couch and some other small miscellaneous items. Later that day I came home from work at 3pm and noticed the back door that opens to the street was wide open and the apartment was completely emptied. There was blue tape on the walls so I assumed the apartment complex came in. I went to the office and they notified me they marked our apartment vacant 3 days before our lease ended and threw away everything in the apartment. (We paid the rent for the month, NEVER turned in our KEYS or said anything through email, text, phone, or in writing that said we were moving out early. We were literally in the apartment at least once a day). So we were completely blind sided by this. We were extremely upset and sad because the couch they threw away was a vintage kidney bean couch that was gifted to my girlfriend and worth $5k to $10k. We emailed them and tried to come to solution but the best offer we got from them was a 55inch TV. Then after having a meeting with them the office denied responsibility and BLAMED US! Not only did the office manager blame us but the REGIONAL MANAGER did too! (See emails) (I also have voice recording of our conversation) I will leave some quotes below. Office manager: "Why would you leave it there and unprotected It could have been damaged for our property to the way it was left unlocked and Lights on (lie)" "Its general policy we are not responsible for people's property and possessions" "I need to do more research" "It just seems odd that things were left unattended and unlocked and to me it seems like your just trying to take advantage of the situation" "$5,000 is a lot for a sofa that was just left unattended" REGIONAL MANAGER: "Like I said everything that she's (manager) told you is basically absolutely correct and I stand by that 100%" "She told me everything the whole situation and everything" We had no choice but to sue them and go to court. Keep in mind my girlfriend and I had no law experience and don't know anyone who could help us. After 8 months we finally got a hearing date. At court the judge ruled in our favor and awarded us $5,000. The day after the ruling they appealed the judgement.... We thought to ourselves "oh my goodness here we go again" then 2 days later we received a notice that the court denied their appeal. We were ecstatic! (Please see all court papers) In conclusion, the management has ABSOLUTELY ZERO INTEGRITY! The fact that they never took responsibility and continued to make us feel like we were the problem shows how they view their tenants. I would not recommend you move here but I would recommend you tell a friend about this and discourage them from living here. LASTLY, If you do live here currently....do not leave your lights on and your doors unlocked they take that as a sign that they can enter your apartment.... I honestly wish I was joking."

"The hail storm broke several windows at Mosaic along Mueller Blvd and there is now thousands of shards of glass scattering the sidewalk and median. The storms was several weeks ago and the glass shards have still not been cleaned up. This is a huge safety risk for dogs and unacceptable that the glass is just being left there, waiting to be stepped on. Mosaic needs to clean up this area mmediately. Edit: if you can see this much glass in a couple photos, just imagine how much glass is actually out there"

"Update: The security system has not been updated and has arguably gotten worse the past 6 months. If you care about having working internet this is also not the place for you. The Wifi constantly has issues and it has been this way for the past year so if you work from home do yourself a favor and do not live here! Unfortunately as said in other posts security is a valid concern here. The garage gate was fixed which is great but there are still other concerns that I have especially around the package room. Went to go pick up a package today and found that it along with dozens of others had been stolen. Thieves are able to rip open packages and search the contents to their hearts content knowing that there is no cameras or security to stop them. The package lockers sound like a feature but are actually part of the problem. Minimum wage delivery drivers are not going to take the time to scan 50 packages and put them in lockers when they can just dump them on the floor and call it a day. So if you’re ordering anything more than $20 think twice about ordering it to mosaic. I get that the team is busy but just having a camera in the room and in a more secure location would make a big difference."

"The new management team is working so hard to see the construction process goes as smooth and quick as possible. There was so much to do & in our current world with service chain issues I'm glad they are here working for us. The location is hard to beat, Mueller is THE place to live. The finished updates are great, new gym, new outdoor spaces, looking forward to the better weather seasons to take advantage of those. We are so looking forward to having construction complete to enjoy all the new that this place will have to offer. Also, the community & events are a big plus. These neighbors are so welcoming. Shout out to Victor, Leslie, Nikki, and Grayson for guiding the ship at Mosaic."
