"Great location! The property manager Jeannette Rodriguez is always very helpful. Maintenance requests are done on time and the staff is very professional."
"I really wouldn't recommend living here. It's in a sketchy neighborhood, I had pest issues consistently, and my bathroom flooded once after the storm. Maintenance has been fairly responsive but there are a lot of outside factors that makes it hard to live here. It's loud all day and night, it smells awful in the parking lots. I lived here for 2 years because it's close to downtown and it was affordable for the amount of space."

"There were some problems with this apartment for a while when the new owners took over. Jeannette, the newest property manager, has been awesome. She is very communicative, super sweet, and has been empathetic and caring. Her hard work to improve the complex has not gone unnoticed. Thank you Jeannette!"
"Great location and great Staff! Jessica and the new management company has been great since they started here. Its been great watching all the changes, especially since were so close to Mueller, watching the property grow with the area. New gates and the dog park/ area is awesome!! Looking forward to renewing my lease!"
