"Found this place through an apartment locator. It was my very first apartment. The staff was nice until they get you to move in! worst place I’ve ever rented. It’s roach infested. I also had a leak in my sink and had put many work orders in and nobody ever fixed it! But once I moved out they charged me for it plus more smh. Don’t bother looking here they will take and keep your money."
"I’ve loved the property and staff from day 1! The customer service I have received has been more than I expected from a management company. The staff in the office has been nothing but kind and helpful. The units are very spacious and I haven’t experienced any problems. My fur babies have enjoy it here too. I can see myself at this property for years to come. Thank y’all for everything you have done for my family!"
"I moved in a week ago and I can not go on enough how happy I am since even before I moved in with the leasing office staff. They are absolutely wonderful and have gone above and beyond to help me and make my move and my home here as a resident smooth and feel right at home! Chase from the beginning kept me informed and helped me every step of the way. Kenia went out of her way to check on me and wait on me the day I moved in to make sure I was okay before she left to go home. Jesse has been so gracious and helpful when I have any questions or concerns Victoria the manager answered questions and concerns before I and after I moved in and was so patient with me. Jesse the Maintenance man came over right away and asked if I could think of anything else I may need before leaving. This is a great place to live and with leasing and maintenance staff like this makes me feel right at home! Thank you thank you thank you!"
