"Great property in prime location! Close enough to all of the amenities without being right in the middle of Downtown Austin, and easily accessible to 290 and 35. The new property manager, Eva is great as well and timely with any concerns. The property is clean and well kept and has routine maintenance and pest control. Several great courtyard areas, large pools and grills."

"Terrible complex. Huge rat infestation and terrible maintenence issues. I complained repeatedly about the rat issue and they only came out twice, the first time the guy only set 2 traps, the second time was a week before I moved out and the pest control guy plugged up a baseball sized hole in the wall behind the washing machine the rats had chewed. And that was only a temporary fix because you can still hear a lot of them in the walls and you can hear them chewing through the wood. Ive attached some pics foir proof. Please dont move here unless you want you or you loved ones to get the bubonic plague."

"This complex is great! The management team is so caring and helpful. She works really hard and makes sure to do her best to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. It's very peaceful and in a super convenient location! Everyone including the other residents are very welcoming! I definitely encourage you to stay here!"

"I've been here 8 months. Considering that the place was built around 1968 it's in good condition and being improved on. The rooms are well built and there's a range of apartments to choose from to fit your budget. Multiple washers and dryers in the laundry room so the need to go to a laundromat has been non-existent for me. A pool and grill area at both A and B sides are kept clean every time I have seen it. Even at apartments closer to where the dumpsters are I rarely encountered any pests. If there's any complex wide issues or water shut offs they let you know with ample time too so you're not caught off guard. Plenty of parking spots as well. Also; Shout out to Heather the apartment manager who is very attentive to any issues that come up and is making the complex more comfortable for all! Bonus points for walking distance to HEB, bus stop right out front, and safe walkable neighborhood close by."

"This is the first apartment I’ve lived in and for someone who was starting out, the place gave me a home. The free gas and ac/heat that they offered really helped me with my expenses. Besides the minor issues it has, I was still able to live comfortably. Overall the place was great, very near and accessible to my work, downtown and other essential places. Management has been very friendly and do their best to fix the said issues."
