"The Arts has been a great complex to live in. I love my space. Parking is always available near my front door. Everyone is friendly. Any minor requests I put in are answered immediately. Emilie has been a wonderful property manager. I love that they have events monthly. There is an awesome dog park. My unit has a big back patio which I love. Great price."

"My partner and I have been at The Arts at South Austin for a couple years and have just renewed our lease again. We absolutely love our apartment and love the management. Everything is well-maintained on the grounds, and the maintenance team has always been responsive to any needs we've had in our apartment. Last summer, our A/C unit wasn't working on the first 95+ degree day, and they had it fixed the same day while we sat by the pool. We also love the gifts the office gives on holidays and appreciate the notices about any major disruptions in apartment amenities. We've had no issues with the age of the complex and see it as a feature: no paper thin walls or feeling like we're in a concrete box, like some of these newer complexes."

"I've lived here for 10 years now, and even have a few neighbors that have been here almost as long. I feel very safe here, which is important since I walk my dogs several times a day and even late at night. They have always been good about fixing things that have needed repair, and I really love that they have a dog park now. Management has always been really friendly to me, I have read a lot of comments on here that are pretty negative, but I think if everyone is courteous and kind when they are approaching people then you can generally expect that attitude in return. During the pandemic they helped me with renters assistance which helped pay for one of the months that I was unable to work, and it seems like they really wanted to help when I was struggling. All in all, no place is going to be perfect and I'm sure there are some tenants that may have experienced some things they are not happy with, but I do believe they try their best to make it a beautiful safe community to live in."
