"The Arts at Turtle Creek is a nice, affordable place to live. My boyfriend and I were able to move in within a week after applying, and it was a smooth process. The only complaint I have, and the reason for the 3 out of 5 stars is that the trash near the pool and the entrance is ALWAYS overflowing. I can only remember a few instances where I actually see the dumpster empty or having adequate room for trash. If this was fixed it’d be much more convenient, sanitary and make the Arts at Turtle Creek a more enjoyable place to live."
"The maintenance crew, specifically Victor, was incredibly courteous, professional, and quick. Quiet property, solid value for the price, and great staff all around."
"I just wanted to shout out the amazing team that we have here and how awesome our maintenance tech victor is and I appreciate how fast he is to complete any repairs needed with so much he has to do in a day just happy he was able to make time for me ! Everyone is very respectful and responsible about their work here !!"
"I had lived at this complex for 2 years and loved the home I had made here. The location is great being close enough to the central/downtown area without being in the super busy city area. Also Danyelle has been amazing the whole time she has been here and incredibly helpful too. If it weren't for needing to move for school, I would have happily stayed at the Arts for many more years."
