"Worst apartment complex ever! Worst staff in leasing office, never help with anything and you never can even speak or get responses from the manager. Cars always broken into, and the gates do not even work. Because of this even homeless people enter all the time and roam the hallways, I had an issue once that a homeless person just barged into my apartment during the day. WORST PLACE TO LIVE"

"This is the worst place on Congress. Not only do they add random administration fees on top of your rent every month but they are also dirty and unsafe. The hallways smell like dog poop year round because they never clean the dog park on the side of the building. The security is useless, I've had my tires stolen while in the locked and gated parking garage. The people that work in the office never do anything about these things and just defer any legal responsibility. DON'T MOVE HERE. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE OR CLEAN."

"Constant car break ins, packages stolen. The office/management employees do not care about tenants. The trash situation in the south building is out of control. This is not the first time it’s looked like this. Family is visiting from out of town and I have to be like “yup, this is where I live”. We pay a good chunk of money to live here. The maintenance crew is always nice and professional, I have no issues with them. Sur 512, you have to do better!"
