"First time ever leaving a review, and I’ll be honest, it’s because I was charged $100 for a “carpet cleaning” and $25 for “not returning parking permit” upon move out. What a joke. I lived in one of the town homes for over two years. So here are the negatives: See that big warehouse next to the apartments? Yeah they start work early and are super loud so that’s always fun to hear. The pool always has issues and the “staff” rarely clean it. It’s the only amenity it should be a priority. Then washroom always has at least 1 machine broken as well. Someone else mentioned an issue with crime, there was a crazy guy harassing the complex and management never hired security. They have the money to hire someone the landscaping gets done twice a week it feels like. This was an huge stress and Nothing was really done about it. Actually in my 2 years I never even saw a tow truck so I don’t believe theirs even a company contracted for the parking lot even though it’s posted. Rent was 1250 in 2021 just to give you some perspective. Definitely better places to live for what they’re charging now."
"Great complex. Clean, quiet, and reasonable. Great location. Lydia is the property manager, she is kind and does a great job attending to everything. Would recommend."

"This apartment complex is dangerous. There have been ongoing issues with crime in the complex and vandalism over the last 6 months since property management got rid of their overnight security patrol. The issues have been raised with property management on countless occasions and have gone unaddressed with property management actually threatening several tenants with evictions and non renewals who have called in fear of their safety and asked what measures are being taken."
"Lydia was so GREAT at Woodwillow Townhomes through the leasing process!! I had to secure a place sight unseen - and she made the process seamless and easy for me! She made me feel at ease and VERY welcomed once I arrived! She is the ultimate property manager and I look forward to my time her. Thank you Lydia! I appreciate you!"
