"If I could give this company negative stars I would. We have been in our house for 3 years out of those years we were probably late 3 times of those one was cause of COVID, but these people nickel and dime you. If you want to renew not only do you get the increase which is fine but charged $100 renewal fee, $43 mandatory maintenance fee which is really just paying for a filter every month because maintenance sucks! Also be aware if you have stray animals walk on your property like I did you don’t get some accusation text of you having an unauthorized animal. We have taken care of this house as most renters usually don’t, we pay out rent on time, and yet we still get nickel and dimed. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. I’m moving out and if I want them to do a walkthrough I have to pay $150, what a joke! Good Luck if you decide to rent with them, don’t say I didn’t warn you!"

"We re-signed our lease because we have never had any issues and the experience so far has been great. Paying rent online is very easy and maintenance requests are always followed up in a very timely manner. We are very happy."

"Worst property management company I've ever worked with in my life. They were terrible landlords - delayed on fixing things (some things never got fixed and there was still a tree on my roof when I moved out) who illegally raised my rent during my tenancy and are now trying to charge me exorbitant amounts of money in move-out costs for things that should be considered "reasonable wear and tear" according to my lease. I would never rent from them again, I would never allow them to oversee a rental property of my own, and I will be reporting them to TREC."

The management is all very friendly - they respond to all my maintenance requests within 24-48 business hours(and I feel like 48 hours is usually a little late). Carol and Patrick are both great to talk to. I recently spoke with Patrick about some lease options and he was very friendly and receptive. I found the property after talking to Carol and she was professional, informative and friendly with every email and interaction."
