"**Using this account in case of retaliation** The apartments are decent for the price, but the area is high crime and is constant with break-ins, car theft, etc. I’ve personally been approached by a few druggies at night and have also had my car broken into. A few months ago, there was some major police raid/search in the parking lot. It would be nice if there was at least some level of deterrence (cameras, maybe a fence). AC hasn’t been working well (it’s not broken, had maintenance look at it, it’s just really weak). The maintenance people are nice, but administration seems to respond quickly only when it comes to fining you for something or a work order, but won’t respond for anything else (like refund disputes). Appliances are pretty old (2000s era electric, nothing with a digital screen), laundry generally works but usually there’s a lot of searching for a working dryer, other tenants often grill outside and leave trash and broken glass bottles (and for some reason, nails) everywhere. The apartments are fine to live in, and are pet friendly enough. However, with rent rising, look a little more and you’ll find better, newer, and safer apartments nearby for slightly higher prices and much better amenities (parking garage, EV charging, etc.)."

"Don't be fooled by the price. Staff is awful! There is mold In the apartment, I told managers and was told to clean it my self with bleach. I bought my own refrigerator and stove to put in my apartment the ones they put in would not work! Everything here is old. Really think about it before you move in!"

"I recently moved out of Wildcreek after living there for almost 5 years. Do not move here unless you want to fight tooth and nail over money once you move out. Wildcreek kept my deposit and charged me an additional $400. I had to specifically request the move out instructions a few days before my move out after never receiving them from management. I paid the cleaning fees because the apartment was dirty as I did not have time to arrange a professional cleaner. The additional fees I asked for evidence of and either did not receive an answer or was given an unsatisfactory one. I moved out at the end of October after not receiving proper notice of the expected rate for a new lease in time either, and have finally decided to stop fighting them and just pay the additional fees. In additional to the above issues that have thoroughly soured my experience with Wildcreek, the apartments are very small for the price they are currently asking, there is often trash left all around the complex, and the neighborhood is not good or particularly safe. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live."

"These apartments have been wonderful for the past four years I lived here. The location is great! Close to downtown and easy to hop on the highways to go to north or south Austin. Airport is a quick 15 min drive. The staff here always goes above and beyond to make sure the tenants are welcomed and taken care of. Maintenance is also wonderful and takes care of requests in a very timely manner. I love how all the staff both office and maintenance is the same friendly faces! They are also very pet friendly with a dog park. The units themselves might not be the most up to date with appliances; however everything works as it should. After being in other more high end apartments, I will say I will take the great location and wonderful staff over a place with newest finishings that is lacking in the other two areas. And to top it off, it might be one of the last places in this area with close proximity to downtown that is not run down to have rent for a one bedroom under 1200 a month. These are actual one bedrooms not studios. If you are in the market to look for something affordable near downtown, definitely check out Wildcreek!"

"What ever you do, do not live here!!!!!! Neighbors are unbelievably loud and disrespectful and no one cares. It's insane how disgusting it is. You can live in a cardboard box somewhere else and it is 10 times better than here. There are bugs everywhere no matter how much you clean and have pest control come by. I couldn't even tell you how bad it is because that would literally be a novel of a review."
