"This was maybe the worst complex to live in. Apartments were infested with coaches throughout the whole year. When we moved in the whole place was as dirty as it gets. Everything was painted over to looked covered including dust, mold, and even death roches. Several things were broken in the apartment prior to our move in. Their gym is a joke with everything looking and feeling older then 30 years. Their pool was dirty most of the time including during the summer. There's always loose dogs walking around without leashes and sometimes without owners. The gates were always broken or being repaired. Parking was always a hassle and guests are basically not allowed to park without notice. The only upside to this complex is that it's walking distance from alot of stores. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! - Lived here for 7months - Roach infested, dish washer would leak, plenty of lights never worked, restroom leaked which caused mold to grow on the ceiling (Maintenance didn't show up for months until i said it was "black mold", even then they just cut up the ceiling w/ the mold and didn't fix the leak until weeks later). This was all before the Texas Winter Storm, got MUCH worse after this, managed to get me off my lease. There's a reason why they change their name/rebrand these apartments to get away from their horrible reviews."

"I’ve lived here for 2yrs and within a 2mile radius for the past 13yrs. From being run by ACH to the management now, absolutely worlds apart. It’s actually a community now, your neighbors generally care about your well being. Renovations from a new dog park to maintenance inside and outside are top tier. The staff are very dependable and professional; Christian, Marilyn, and Morgan are my favorites. They always have smiles on their faces and are here to help. Health and sanitation services are also the best they have ever been. The new management just cares and you can see it in multiple ways from the gates, towing, and all other aspects of security implemented in the past year."

"The apartment was roach infested from day 1. The office staff was virtually non-existant. During my 18 month stay, SWAT was called 3 different times, homeless people dumpster dive regularly and the surrounding area is generally pretty shady. I lost power to my room for my last 3 months living there and the issue was never resolved. I had to run an extension cord from the bathroom to power my computer and lighting. They sent maintenance one time to look at our fuse box. Said they couldn't fix it. This place is basically hell on earth. Look elsewhere for a place to live. A cardboard box would've been an upgrade."

"I lived in this place for 3 years and loved it! I was so lucky to be matched with great roommates. The staff is always friendly, attentive and helpful. They are always on top of things. Management recently changed and the improvements are noticeable and pleasant. What I love the most about this place is its location. It is a block away from HEB. There are several gas stations and coffee shops around the area and it is only 5 min away from East where they have my favorite bars, restaurants, coffee shops and cool art events/galleries. I will miss this place a lot!"
