"2x the rent to break the lease early when they had a TYPO on THEIR END not mine. Yes a $2.5K TYPO to which the manager seemed to really not care about. -Absolutely infested with roaches. Yes there have been roaches on my BED and inside of my REFRIDGERATOR. -Multiple times seeing rats inside apartment -Constant people just standing around outside in the parking lot staring. Women alone DONT LIVE HERE!!! -Lots of kids just running around all day unsupervised -Neighbors having WAY MORE THAN LEGAL AMOUNT OF PEOPLE LIVING IN HOUSEHOLD -Washer and dryer is garbage. Takes 4+hrs to dry a small load of laundry. Oh and use the laundry facility, get your clothes stolen (Happened to me at least 3 times)"

"What a wonderful experience! Just before I left this hell I was the lucky listener of a man being torn apart by dogs a couple doors down -- the same man who had had his apartment boarded up due to 'cooking something' as the rumors went. Wonderful! And who could forget the supposed murderer that was rumored to roam there. Oh, don't like rumors? What about the entire building that was condemned because it was sinking into the ground? Oh, not enough? What about the massive dumpster that was outside my apartment for over six months -- which I had to eventually call the city over. Oh, not enough? What about the extreme infestation of roaches. Gotta love having about fourty or fifty additional roommates! Oh, not enough? What about raising the price of your rent to be equal to some of the better apartments around you? Or the slow going process of fixng anything, or the fact that when they had a guy come and refinish my tube (which had mold growing inside of it and I had to call them over six times -- each time ANSWERED BY A MACHINE THAT TOOK FIVE MINUTES EACH TIME TO GET A HUMAN) that guy got lost and dropped my key where anyone could have potentially found it? Oh, not enough? What about the car break ins, the increase in crime in the apartment complex specifically, the rude workers (who they fired and hired people with a semblance of respect, at least -- couple years ago they would literally hang up on you)? Come on down! To one of the worst places in Austin! But hey! You're right next to the lake! Just be sure to look and relook at your bill -- whoops! The payment plan didn't renew so now you have late fees! Will that be cash, credit, or a body part that we could remove? Kidneys sell for a premium, you know."

"Way too expensive for what they’re worth, and the nerve to raise our rent after just one year and countless complaints we made about the place. We are now living in a bigger, more beautiful and safer place for less than what they’re listing our krypton unit for (1,400, we were paying 11). Gabriella, along with other leasing agents are incredibly inept and asked me why I was bothered when they raised the rent from $1000 flat to $1275 with no explanation other than “that’s just the market” excuse. The $1000 price tag was the price online and when we submitted an application, they raised it. I argued over the phone with Gabriella and she offered no apologies, just excuses. Management was “kind” enough to knock $100 off our rent. Not like it made it any more worth it. The roaches got me sick with the nastiest case of gastroenteritis the first few weeks of living here. They crawl all over your dishes and food and are impossible to get rid of. This place needs to be either condemned or burned to the ground. Signing up for pest control is a joke, because management keeps saying we didn’t request it even though we see them physically write our name and unit down for service. Pest control will leave your door unlocked and lights on when you are not there. Management is weirdly defensive about the place and are too cowardly to own up to any of their mistakes or issues. We lived in front of the pool and homeless people/non-residents will reside there at night and wreak havoc on the place during the day. Management doesn’t care, and in fact they start ignoring your emails if they’re bothered by them. There is no reason a mail key should take three weeks to make, parking lot is horrific and there are gunshots every other night. Cabinets are extremely ugly and the whole unit in general has awful paint jobs. Everything is painted, even the shower tiles. They tried to bribe us to stay an extra three months after our lease with money and a free month of rent. They are also offering the same incentive so new people can lease there. They’re desperate and it’s not a good look. There are better places out there, just look"

"Roaches everywhere! Pest control came the other day, I blinked, and he was gone! I don't think pest control was here longer than 2minutes before he left!!! The roach issue was noticeably worse immediately after pest control came which is making me think crazy thoughts about what was actually done. Maintenance does the bare minimum and don't seem to ever want to replace problem items with new ones: they'll find a way to reuse your same old items, if they're up to it they will replace your item with a previously used item --I guess that's a form of recycling so that's a plus. I've never seen maintenance address the root cause of any issue, it's always patchwork solutions. Maintenance will never clean up after themselves when they finish their work either so be prepared to do work once they leave! I use the community washer/dryer at a small price because the in-unit washer/dryer is 100% useless and will take all day just to finish a normal cycle. There are no screens on any of the windows so cracking open a window isn't possible unless you'd like to welcome in insects and lizards from outside. Somehow, management has allowed for a mentally ill person to move in and this person will scream her head off for hours on end at random times throughout the day! It's very jarring and I can't have any guests over because I never know when the bloody murder screaming will start/stop. Police is always here as a result of this mentally ill person. Speaking of management, they are really dumb. They may speak English but they surely don't understand English. They're super defensive even if you're not blaming them for anything which makes you want to blame them by the end of the interaction. I absolutely hate this place! I go on walks around the area partially to survey what other apartments I'll be living at once my lease is up because I'm definitely not renewing here! Potential tenants need not apply!"
